    We ship mirrors with DPD or FEDEX, you can find the estimated delivery time in working days for each country below.

    For large or extra fragile shipments we might use a pallet freight delivery services, which usually take five to eight working days to deliver depending on your location.

    No, our products are delivered to the entrance of your home (door to door).

    1.6 Can I return my order?

    Yes. The return of our make up organisers and most mirrors is free of charge.

    The return costs of our Vanity Stations and dressing tables are €99 due to size and weight and will be collected at your home.

    The return costs of our Anastasia XL and Anisha XL mirrors are €49 due to their size and weight and will be collected from your home.

    1.8 What does ‘pre-order’ mean`?

    Pre-ordering means that we don’t have an item in stock at that given moment. By placing a pre order you make sure that when we get the product back in stock you will receive it. That way you won’t miss out on a re-stock.

    Placing a pre-order also means that your product will take longer to arrive (because we don’t have it in stock at that given moment). The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.
