1.1 What if my mirror arrives broken or damaged?
We do our best to make sure that your mirror or table is packaged as secure as possible. However a mirror or table is still a fragile product and can get damaged while being delivered to you due to uncareful handling of your package. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with pictures and/or video’s of your broken or damaged mirror or table. We are happy to help. Please note that it is important to message us within a week of receiving your mirror.
If you still choose to call us or send us a message on one of our social media profiles, we will ask you to send an e-mail to [email protected] with photo’s or video’s of your broken or damaged mirror or table.
Please note that we usually reply to your e-mail in one to two business days.
1.2 What countries does Bright Beauty Vanity ship to?
We ship to all countries within the European Union (EU) including:
We ship to countries outside the EU (like England or Switserland) with surcharge.
1.3 What is the estimated delivery time to my country?
We ship mirrors with DPD or FEDEX, you can find the estimated delivery time in working days for each country below.
For large or extra fragile shipments we might use a pallet freight delivery services, which usually take five to eight working days to deliver depending on your location.

1.4 Does shipping cost any money?
Shipping within the EU (European Union) is always free of charge.
1.5 Do you also deliver mirrors/dressing tables inside my home?
No, our products are delivered to the entrance of your home (door to door).
1.6 Can I return my order?
Yes. The return of our mirrors is free of charge.
The returns of our Vanity Stations and dressing tables is €99 euro’s due to it’s size and weight.
You have 14 days to request a return for your order.

1.8 What does ‘pre-order’ mean`?
Pre-ordering means that we don’t have an item in stock at that given moment. By placing a pre order you make sure that when we get the product back in stock you will receive it. That way you won’t miss out on a re-stock.
Placing a pre-order also means that your product will take longer to arrive (because we don’t have it in stock at that given moment). The estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page.
