You may want to return an order. Maybe because the product does not like it or maybe there is another reason why you would not want to keep the order.
What should I do if I have received a damaged product?
If you have received a damaged product, we always offer customers a new one free of charge.

How many days do I have to cancel my purchase?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.
How long do I have to return my purchase?
After dissolution, you have another 14 days to return your product.
What does return cost?
The cost of returning to our warehouse is at our expense if you live within the EU.
For the Anastasia XL, Anisha XL we charge 49,95 € and for the Vanity Stations and Dressing tables we charge a return cost of € 99.95, these costs are credited on the refundable purchase amount. The Vanity Station Classic will then be picked up at your home.
Can I get my full purchase amount refunded?
You will receive a full refund of the order amount. The cost of returning to our warehouse is at our expense if you live within the EU. For the Anastasia XL, Anisha XL we charge 49,95 € and for the Vanity Station Classic we charge a return cost of € 99.95, these costs are credited from the purchase amount to be refunded.
How can I exercise my right of return?
If you exercise your right of recall, the product with all supplied accessories and - if reasonably possible - will be returned to the contractor in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can file your return request quickly and easily using the form below:

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged on return.

Can I change the delivery address?
Accidentally passed an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We will then try to change the order for you.

What are the shipping costs?
All our products are shipped free of charge.
Which carrier does my mirror come with?
Most orders are shipped with DPD or TNT-FEDEX.
The Vanity Station Classic is delivered on a pallet and for pallet shipments we use GLS or a local pallet carrier.
When will my order be shipped?
We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. In addition, all our products are shipped free of charge. We try to ship orders that are placed before 22.00 on weekdays. However, we do not always succeed in fulfilling this.
Sometimes products are not in stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. The product page always has an indication of the delivery time. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
How long does the delivery take?
In the Netherlands and Belgium, in general, the delivery will take place the next working day. Other European countries have an average delivery time of 3-5 working days. Unfortunately, we can not guarantee the moment of delivery. Below you will find an indication by country:
