Return policy
We have developed special packaging for all our products to ensure that our products are packaged as safely as possible for the shipping process. As a result, 95% of our products are delivered undamaged. However, furniture remains a vulnerable product and can be damaged during transport due to careless handling of the package. If you notice that part of your delivery is damaged, it is important to receive all packages and then determine for each part whether there is any transport damage. To help you quickly, we have developed a return form where damage can be reported quickly and easily. If there is damage, it is important to take one or more photos of the damage per individual part. You report your damage and/or return per individual part in our form and we also assess your damage per individual part. You can access the form by clicking on the following link:

After receiving your damage or return report, we will assess it. If you are not willing to wait for replacement parts when a product arrives damaged, we recommend that you do not order from us. We do not give discounts on damaged products. Please note that it is important to report the damage within two weeks of receiving your order. If you still choose to call us, email us or send a message on one of our social media profiles, we still ask you to complete the form above.
Delivery of replacement parts:
If you have received a damaged part, we will supply replacement parts or a replacement product. The delivery of the new part/product and the return of the damaged part/product is always free. We do not collect packages from your home, so returns always go through a parcel point.
Making use of the right of withdrawal (return shipment with refund of the purchase price)
If, after receiving a damaged product, you decide that you do not want to keep the product and would like to receive your purchase price back, you can exercise your right of withdrawal and we will charge return costs if applicable. For the return shipment, you will receive return labels from us with which you can hand over your packages at a parcel point. So we do not collect packages from your home.
Reports outside our procedure:
When you agree to our terms and conditions, you agree to follow our procedure for reporting damage or defects. We cannot process a damage report via a public message on a public platform (for example a post on social media or a review). Filing multiple reports results in a delay in the handling of a report. Please note that we usually process damage reports within one to three working days. Working days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you are unable to complete the form, you can send an email to customercare@brightbeautyvanity.com. If you have a complaint about the handling of a report or our procedure, you can send an email to info@brightbeautyvanity.com.
Tip:
You can easily open the packaging by gradually cutting the tape on the boxes. Then place the box on its longest side and carefully pull/push the part/product out of the box. This way the packaging remains intact and it remains possible to return your order safely.
